In the area of regulatory compliance, our attorneys have offered counsel to vessel owners and operators regarding compliance with regulations of various state and federal agencies, such as U.S. Coast Guard, Federal Maritime Commission, U.S. Department of Transportation Maritime Administration and U.S. Department of Homeland Security (CBP). We also have extensive experience drafting and negotiating a wide variety of maritime-related agreements which have included marine terminal operating and lease agreements, ship and fleet management agreements, charter parties and crew contracts.
